Mazak's goal in production is to manufacture high-quality machine tools with high productivity. This is guaranteed by three main factors: our people, our working practices and our processes.  

In each process, strict quality checks are performed.  Multiple re-checks to machine geometries during the build, operational tests conducted over extended periods of time for critical units and a minimum 24 hours all-function machine auto-run before shipment are essential components of the process route.

This extensive inspection standard enables Mazak to provide higher quality machines than other machine tool suppliers. All of Mazak's 8 Cyber factories are accredited to ISO9000 and ISO 14000 standards.
